About the Journal

Journal Identity and Mission
The Journal of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Insights (JBPI) is an independent academic initiative established in 2026. Based in Markapur, Andhra Pradesh, India, our journal was founded to address the need for a transparent, high-integrity publishing venue within the health sciences. Our primary goal is to serve as a bridge between laboratory innovation and the actual delivery of clinical care. We believe that by providing a rigorous platform for scientists and practitioners, we can contribute directly to the improvement of global healthcare outcomes.

Bridging Theory and Practice
We recognize that the path from a laboratory discovery to a patient’s bedside is long and complex. JBPI aims to capture every step of that journey. We welcome a broad spectrum of research—from heavy experimental data in medicinal chemistry and molecular biology to practical, ground-level case reports and public health strategies. By encouraging this interdisciplinary dialogue, we help create a more comprehensive understanding of modern medical challenges.

Our Open Access Mandate
In the modern digital age, scientific knowledge should not be a luxury. JBPI operates as a Gold Open Access journal. This means we remove all financial barriers for our readers. Every article we publish is immediately and permanently free to access for students, clinicians, and researchers worldwide. We utilize the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, ensuring that while the community can freely share and adapt the work, the original authors receive the full credit they deserve.

Editorial Integrity and Standards
Led by our Founding Editor-in-Chief, Dr. K. Ashok Babu, our editorial board is composed of experienced scholars from prestigious institutions. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism and data manipulation. Every submission is treated with the same level of professional scrutiny, undergoing a double-blind peer-review process to ensure that only the most reliable and ethically sound research is added to the scientific record.

No-Fee Publishing Model
To further our mission of inclusivity, JBPI currently operates without any Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees. We believe that the value of a scientific contribution should be judged by its quality and impact, not by the author’s ability to pay.
