Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines for Contributors

We are looking for high-quality scientific papers that offer real insights into the biomedical and pharmaceutical fields. Whether you have a full research study, a detailed review, or a unique case report from your clinical practice, we want to hear from you.

The Basics:
Your work must be brand new. We do not accept papers that have been published elsewhere or are currently being looked at by another journal. Once you send us your manuscript, our team in Andhra Pradesh will do a quick check, and then it goes to independent experts for a "blind" review to make sure the science is solid.

Preparing Your File:
Please write your paper in clear English and save it as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx).

How to Organize Your Paper:
We ask that you arrange your work in a clear way so our reviewers can follow your logic. A typical paper should include:

  • A Title Page and a short Abstract that explains what you did and what you found.

  • The Main Body: Introduction, Methods (how you did it), Results, and a Discussion on what the results mean.

  • Ending Sections: A clear Conclusion, any Acknowledgments, and a full list of References.

  • Disclosures: You must include a note about your Funding and any Conflicts of Interest.

Technical Setup:
To keep our journal looking professional, please use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing. We use APA 7th Edition for citations. If your references have DOI links, please include them—it helps other researchers find your sources.

Ethics and Licensing:
If your study involved people or animals, you must have ethical approval. Regarding the law, authors keep the copyright to their work, but we publish everything under the CC BY 4.0 license, which means the research is free for everyone to read and share.

No Fees:
Currently, JBPI is a no-fee journal. We do not charge you to submit or publish your work.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Please check these boxes before you start:

  • This is original research and has not been sent to any other journal.

  • The file is a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).

  • I have followed the JBPI formatting rules (font, spacing, etc.).

  • All my co-authors have seen the final version and agree to publish it.

  • The paper includes a title, abstract, and all necessary references.

  • I have included ethical approval for the study (if needed).

  • All my tables and figures are mentioned in the text.

  • I have disclosed any financial support or conflicts of interest.

Section default policy

Original Research Articles

This section publishes original research articles reporting significant findings in biomedical, pharmaceutical, medical, and life sciences. Submitted manuscripts should present scientifically sound methodology, clear analysis, and meaningful contributions to research and healthcare.

Review Articles

This section publishes review articles that critically summarize and discuss recent developments, scientific advances, and emerging trends in biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences.

Short Communications

This section publishes brief reports of preliminary findings, innovative methods, or concise scientific observations relevant to biomedical and pharmaceutical research.

Editorial

This section includes editorials, journal communications, and messages related to journal policies, scientific publishing, and issue highlights.

Conference Abstracts

This section publishes abstracts presented at virtual conferences, scientific meetings, seminars, workshops, and academic events related to biomedical, pharmaceutical, medical, and life sciences. The abstracts are intended to promote scientific communication and showcase ongoing research activities across various disciplines.

When you publish with JBPI, you (the author) keep the copyright to your work. By submitting, you are giving us permission to publish and archive your paper. We use the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. This is a standard "Open Access" rule that lets anyone read and share your work, as long as they say you are the original author.

Privacy Statement

At the Journal of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Insights (JBPI), we are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who works with us—whether you are an author, a reviewer, or just a reader. We only collect the personal details we absolutely need to run the journal. This includes your name, institutional affiliation, and email address. We use this information specifically to manage the peer-review process, contact you about your submissions, and make sure authors are properly credited when a paper is published.

Our Promise on Data:
We do not believe in selling or trading user data. Your personal information will never be shared with marketing companies or outside third parties for profit. Everything we collect is handled with care and is used only for the academic and editorial services provided by JBPI.

Our team uses secure digital measures to make sure your private submission details and personal contact info are protected from unauthorized access. From the moment you submit your manuscript until it is archived in our permanent records, we work to ensure your data stays private and secure.
